One Simple Practice for Inner Clarity
One of the simplest things that helps me when I feel mentally cluttered or in overwhelm is this:
I stop… and I write everything down.
Not to create another to-do list, but simply to get it out of my head and onto paper.
Once it’s visible, something shifts.
I can see what actually needs attention, what can wait, and what I can let go of.
That small act of externalising the clutter - moving it from my mind to something tangible and visible is what creates mental space. And in that space, clarity returns to help me see what is important, what needs my attention, and what is aligned with my values.
You don’t have to overhaul your whole life. Just begin with one quiet moment and one simple question:
“What is the next most loving and purposeful step for me right now?”
