Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation, withdrawal and refund terms vary depending on the Sage Awakenings service or program you have purchased.
Please select the relevant service below to review the terms that apply to your booking or enrolment. Where a separate Participant Agreement has been provided, the terms of that agreement also apply.
The S.E.E. Way™ for Women
Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refunds
A 21-day cooling-off period applies from the official program start date. If you withdraw within this period, payments made will be refunded, less any applicable processing fees.
After the 21-day cooling-off period, all payments are non-refundable.
If you have selected an instalment payment arrangement, you remain responsible for completing all agreed payments in full, regardless of attendance, participation or early withdrawal.
If you withdraw after the cooling-off period, written notice is required. Access to future modules, group sessions and community spaces will end at the time of withdrawal, and any outstanding payments under your agreed payment schedule will remain payable.
In circumstances of significant and unforeseen hardship, such as serious illness or bereavement, alternative arrangements may be considered at the discretion of Sage Awakenings.

The S.E.E. Pathway Programs
The Way of Simplicity, The Path of Enlightenment & The Art of Evolution
A 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the program start date. Refunds are not available after this period.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing your program, Sage Awakenings offers a credit for the unused portion of your enrolment. The credit can be applied to a future intake of the same program or another Sage Awakenings service within 12 months of your original enrolment date.
For participants paying by monthly instalments, at least 30 days' written notice is required to withdraw. Automatic payments cease at the conclusion of the 30-day notice period.
If you withdraw early, you retain access only to program content released and completed up to that point. Access to future modules and sessions ends when the withdrawal takes effect.
Readings & Other Services
Readings & Appointments
Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled by providing at least [24/48] hours' notice before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations received after this period and missed appointments may be non-refundable.
If Sage Awakenings needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund where an alternative cannot be arranged.
