Being the cynic that I am, I have always had a pretty jaded view of “life coaches”. How can anyone else possibly have a better insight into what is really just a whole lot of bad luck – right? How can someone give me a different perspective on my own life… I know it all don’t I? Having tried and failed with a life coach previously, I had been plodding along not so merrily stuck in the rut my life had become. Then, I was introduced to Rebecca by a friend of mine. I have really enjoyed working through The S.E.E. Program for Women, which is beautifully written, accessible and goes into greater depth than courses I have done previously. I am being provided with the knowledge and tools to help me to come home to myself. One huge thing that has changed for me, is in the area of 'overwhelm'. I have reduced the amount of overwhelm I used to experience on a daily basis. The self-paced program is helping me to live more authentically, and in alignment with my values.
