Tash: I have really enjoyed working through The S.E.E. Program for Women, which is beautifully written, accessible and goes into greater depth than courses I have done previously. I am being provided with the knowledge and tools to help me to come home to myself.
One huge thing that has changed for me, is in the area of 'overwhelm'. I have reduced the amount of overwhelm I used to experience on a daily basis. The self-paced program is helping me to live more authentically, and in alignment with my values. I have also been working on letting go of 'people-pleasing'. Angela: Being the cynic that I am, I have always had a pretty jaded view of “life coaches”.
