It’s a chance to slow down, sip a tea or coffee, and connect with other like-minded women in soulful conversation. We’ll explore what it means to move from a life of compromising to cultivating inner confidence, all in a supportive space facilitated by me as your Spiritual Life Coach. |

Designed for women in mid-life who are navigating significant change emotionally, spiritually or relationally, this Circle offers a nurturing, accessible way to reconnect with your true essence.
Whether you're stepping into independence for the first time, letting go of old patterns, or feeling called to deepen your self-awareness, this Circle provides the space to pause, reflect, and grow.
Each Month in the Sage Awakenings Circle, you’ll receive:
✔ A 90-Minute Live Online session - Facilitated by Rebecca, held on a Friday morning 11.00am to 12.30pm (AEST), designed to support your spiritual and personal growth.
✔ Guided teaching inspired by The S.E.E. Program - Explore themes of Simplicity, Enlightenment, and Evolution, woven together with real-life stories and soulful wisdom.
✔ Reflection exercises and sacred practices - Gentle yet powerful tools to deepen your awareness and support your inner transformation.
✔ Soul-centred group discussion - Be seen and supported in a safe, sacred space with like-hearted women on a similar path.
✔ Written summary of each session’s key teachings - Receive a beautifully curated summary (no recordings are provided to honour confidentiality).
