The Sage Awakenings Circle is a monthly evening gathering created for women in midlife who are seeking meaningful connection, reflection, and gentle guidance as they navigate this evolving season of life.

It is a welcoming, inclusive space where women can pause, be themselves, and engage in real conversations that support growth, awareness, and personal change, without pressure, fixing, or expectations.

This is not a workshop or a therapy session. It is a Circle — intentionally held, thoughtfully guided, and deeply human.
