 A message from the Divine: Are you feeling heaviness in your energy, a sense of stagnation? Perhaps you have become momentarily disconnected from your heart and your sense of purpose. How do we reconnect with our true self and our purpose when we feel so much chaos within and around us? Go within and find stillness. Spend some time alone to be with yourself, in the quiet, and listen to your Soul. Your Higher Self can help you to return to a place of peace and clarity, bringing you the inner wisdom you need to hear in this moment.
Do not let the troubles of the world ruffle your feathers or disturb your peace. By all means, do what you can to respond to those who need help, even if to send them your love and prayers. However there are also times when you need to pray for your health and wellbeing too. Return to a place of quiet and stillness .... to ‘be’. As your mind and body relaxes let go of the need to problem solve and allow Spirit to whisper to your Soul what you need to hear. You are on a spiritual journey this year that takes you to a new level of spiritual awareness and uplifted energy that connects you with your higher purpose. This heavy energy that you feel now is momentary as the planet shifts, moves and releases pent up toxic energies. You can also release what is old energy and see clearly the magnificent soul-being you are, and your reason for being. Connect with your heart and soul and know that what you are sensing and feeling is true for you, my Loves. This is a new beginning. Do not fear what feels new or unfamiliar. Trust in yourself, trust in the Divine. You are being guided as you listen to your heart - in the stillness of now. Release thoughts and memories of the past that causes you pain or dysfunction. Allow memories of love and self-worth to fill your heart, mind and body. You are here now, not in the past, not in the future. Separate yourself from the chaos and calamity of your surrounds, and listen deeply. Be patient with the process. You will come to know what you need to know soon. All is well. There is a Divine order and timing for everything. When you connect with your heart and your soul, you also connect with all souls and the greater consciousness, creating harmony and more love to share. Though we connect as one, you are also unique and you have a purpose - and that is to be you! Love and embrace the truth of you, not the false you. Be still my friend.
