#OpenToWork.  I am looking for new ways to assist people to be their best in business, whilst managing and evolving during times of significant change and transformation.   

With years of experience working in both the corporate and NFP sectors as a #Senior-Executive-Assistant, #Personal-Development-Coach and a #Spiritual-Guidance-Counsellor, I have gained vital skills and knowledge in the area of #personal-leadership for individuals and teams.  Through personal experience I have learned why it's important to apply #emotional-intelligence with #intellectual-capabilities, #wisdom and #personal-leadership to build and strengthen effective, #purpose-driven teams that become the foundation of successful and cohesive organisations.

Businesses and people can only thrive when we move from a transactional approach to #transformative-leadership, particularly when we engage with and strengthen our teams so we can deliver the best of what customers need, so they too can grow and be successful.

The effectiveness of any organisation can be undone through poor decision making and an inability to understand how to nurture and maintain healthy relationships when we don't apply  emotional intelligence and intellectual capabilities with personal leadership. My desire is to teach, help and support others in their role, using my organisational and communication skills, combined with my experience in the area of #personal-development and #spiritual-leadership.

After years supporting senior executives in a variety of industries, assisting people through their own personal development, and authoring a book on how to manage significant personal transformation, I am ready to add more value to any team, big or small.  I can assist you and your team to be your best, deliver your best, and love what you do because you and your team are driven by an inspired purpose and self-belief.

Our world is changing and people are seeking solutions on how to manage these shifts and personal evolutions, so they can adapt and grow.  Unless we are willing to embrace the changes, collaborate for transformation, and seek new ways to think, be and do, we will not progress beyond our own beliefs and perceived limitations.  When we can be open to seeing through a different lens, we can discover new opportunities to create and contribute for a better world.
