Being in isolation is nothing new to me, so the effect of quarantine because of COVID-19 does not really have a grave impact on me. I do understand, though, how it can seriously affect someone's mental health, especially those people who are used to going out with friends and family. It is a big sacrifice to make, but in order for us to get through this pandemic, we have to cooperate with the government. I suggest that you keep in touch with your friends and family via social media, so that you would not feel lonely now that you are all by yourself. It is also good to have someone to talk to whenever you feel like things are getting too much to handle.
