When we've been in the habit of running our life at adrenaline-paced speed, giving all of our time, energy and resources to family, business commitments, friends, school or social committees, it's a sign we've lost control of our personal boundaries and failed to recognise the importance of prioritizing our wellbeing. Spiritual and emotional distress can take a hold when we disconnect from the needs of our body, and we don't know how to take care of our mental and emotional wellbeing. If nourishing ourselves has not been something we do regularly, where do we start to make improvements? The first step towards restoring ourself to wellness and vitality, is to clear old stagnant energy and establish better routines.
